Unlock your potential as an effective business and executive coach with our comprehensive, immersive Business and Executive Coaching Program, designed to complete over a 6 month period (may be completed in less time as this is at your own pace), however students have up to 12 months to meet all requirements for certification.
This dynamic course is designed for current coaches wanting to focus on the specific skills needed by today’s business and executive coaching clients. This course does not include our core foundational coach training (take the foundations class 1st if you need core coaching certification). This course provides the business coaching acumen and practical tools to launch your own business coaching program or provide you with the skills to be an in-house business coach within an organization. Whether you are new to business coaching or looking to enhance your current business coaching skills, this program is designed to empower you with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to succeed in the burgeoning field of business and executive coaching. Students have 12 months from enrollment to complete their mentor coaching hours (must also successfully pass all curriculum modules).
This intensive 6 module Business and Executive Coaching Program is designed as continued learning following our 18 module coaching Foundations Program or as a stand-alone course for those already coaching or certified as a life coach (certification not required), or those only interested in business coach certification (must have prior coaching experience). This course will provide training that will empower students in the areas of business transformation and optimization enabling coaches to help business professionals achieve their potential. Each student is provided a coach mentor that they will work with on their coaching skills via live video calls. Students will be assigned a mentor following enrollment and will establish a schedule to complete 10 mentor coaching sessions that fit the student and mentor coach’s schedules.
Our unique Coach Business Builder segment will help you transform your newly acquired coaching skills and business into a thriving practice. The Business Coaching Program takes a deeper dive from marketing strategies to client management and service pricing than the Foundations Program. We'll help you establish and grow your coaching business through the lessons and activities provided.
Our comprehensive coaching Modules (hosted in a MOODLE classroom) will serve as your go-to resource throughout the program, and the included coaching toolkit, featuring a range of versatile coaching tools and models. These tools will equip you for any coaching scenario.
Furthermore, the Coach Business Builder toolkit will provide practical resources and strategies to help you establish and scale your coaching practice. In this class, our Foundations Program spans 18 modules, laying the groundwork for your coaching journey. You'll delve into the principles of coaching, learning how to listen effectively, ask powerful questions, facilitate goal setting, and cultivate a trusting coach-client relationship. We believe that every student is provided the tools in this course to be able to master essential coaching skills and learn how to market their business services and run their own coaching practice. Each comprehensive coaching module includes a recorded instructor lecture, robust reading and curriculum activities, discussion questions, business builder and confidence builder activities, a mentor coaching activity, and an assessment. Course Modules are hosted in a MOODLE virtual classroom. All students are provided a coaching toolkit (forms, agreements, and assessments to personalize and use in your own coaching business).
The Coach Business Builder, is a distinctive feature of our program that sets you apart from the crowd. With a focus on practical strategies and tools, you'll learn how to effectively establish, manage, and scale your coaching business. From marketing your services to managing client relationships, we cover every aspect crucial for a successful coaching enterprise. From module to module you will be working on developing your business (beginning in Module 1).
A major highlight of our program is the one on one assigned coaching mentor. You will meet with your mentor weekly* to develop and practice your coaching skills. *Foundations students must complete 18 mentor coaching sessions within 12 months to receive certification.
From time to time we host an onsite intensive workshop/network builder event (we alternate West Coast and East Coast locations annually). These unique opportunities are open to ALL current and former students at no charge and allows students an opportunity to network with other coaching professionals, establishing valuable connections, all while learning something valuable!

This International Coaching Federation (ICF) aligned course is designed to be self-paced and completed within 6 months, however students can complete at their own pace with up to 12 months to fulfill certification requirements.
This course does not include the 18 week Foundations Program. This course is a stand alone certification with a focus on business and executive business transformation. We like to describe this a mini graduate level business program with a coaching focus.
